    If you wish to obtain a negative certificate for overseas travel, please make sure to inquire with the immigration office and your airline about your eligibility to travel and board based on the notification issued by our testing center before taking the test.

    • Our testing center conducts PCR testing using "saliva" samples. Therefore, for countries that require testing using "nasal swab (nasopharyngeal swab collection)," our center's negative certificate for international travel cannot be used.
    • Please make sure to check with your intended destination's immigration office and airline about the valid timing for each country's required testing before receiving the test.
    • If you wish to obtain a negative certificate for overseas travel, please be aware that we cannot issue one or provide a refund for the testing fee if your test result is positive.
    • The information included in the overseas travel negative certificate issued by our testing center includes the following: "Name," "Date of Birth," "Passport Number," "Test Result," "Type and Method of Test," "Sample Collection Date and Time," "Date of Issue," "Testing Institution Information," "Medical Institution Information," and "QR Code." Before undergoing the test, please be sure to confirm with the entry port of your destination and the airline regarding the travel and boarding approval based on the contents of the notification letter issued by our testing center.
    • We will send the data of the negative certificate for overseas travel by email in PDF format. Please note that we do not provide original copies of the negative certificate at our testing center.
    • The viewing period for the data of your negative COVID-19 test certificate for international travel is two weeks.
    • If you need a printed copy of the certificate, please kindly note that you will need to print it yourself. We do not provide printing services at our testing center.
    • Please make sure to enter the same information as your passport. We cannot issue a new certificate due to input errors.

Please note the following regarding PCR testing:

  • Please note that the result notification time may be delayed or the acceptance of applications may be suspended due to store congestion, weather, delivery, or other conditions
  • Please bring identification documents (health insurance card, driver's license, my number card, etc.)
  • Tests are not accepted for those who are positive or have symptoms
  • If you have been in close contact with a person or have symptoms such as fever, please contact the medical institutions listed here by yourself and see a doctor.
  • We do not accept reservations, so please come directly to our center.
  • If you need to undergo retesting due to inconclusive results or testing errors, please understand that it may take longer to receive your results. Retests are free of charge.
  • Please be aware that we cannot perform tests on children who are unable to collect their own samples.
  • We are unable to reissue any certificates due to customer input errors.

*We regret to inform you that we cannot accept tests for children who cannot collect the sample themselves

Our center has partnered with a testing facility equipped with the latest equipment and staffed by clinical laboratory technicians to perform highly accurate PCR testing.

Even a small amount of virus can be detected.

We conduct a highly sensitive test to detect trace amounts of viruses in saliva.

The results are evaluated by a physician.

We do not make positive judgments mechanically, and the test results are evaluated by our specialized physicians to determine if they are positive.

    Yes, you can take a PCR test without a reservation and receive it on the same day.

    Yes, negative and positive certificates can be issued. (A separate fee of 5,000 yen including tax will be charged.) Please ask our staff if you wish to have them issued.

    PCR testing at our facility is done through a saliva test. Specifically, you will be asked to put saliva in a test container using a straw. (We have prepared pictures of pickled plums and lemons in each booth, so please feel free to use them.)

  • Does the PCR test involve pain?

    No, the PCR test conducted at our facility involves putting saliva into a test container, so there is no pain involved. Please come with peace of mind.
